Rental FAQ's
What is included in the price?

Tables, chairs, freezer/refrigerator, ice machine, microwaves, pool table, air hockey table, and dart board.

We do charge for set-up at the same hourly rate, but do not charge for the clean-up. We give around 30 minutes to clean up!

The latest we allow an event to go is 1am.

You are able to bring in whatever food and drinks you would like, including alcohol.
Where is parking?
Parking is along the front of our building, and on the East side of the building, in the gated lot. There is a sign pointing towards the side lot. Should there be a need for additional parking, there is an overflow lot on the South side of our building.
Can I leave my car overnight?
No vehichles are to be left after ANY event, no matter the time of day. We double-book dates, so there can be no cars left behind! If you plan on drinking, please plan accordingly. Cars will be towed at owner's expense, and we will not come back after an event to open up the locked gate for cars left.
When will I get my deposit back?
After confirming there are no damages, missing items, and the event center was cleaned properly as outlined in our contract, your deposit will be refunded the business day after your event. They are sent out in form of check, by mail, to the address listed on your contract.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you are cancelling your event 30 or more days prior to the event date, a full refund will be issued. If you are cancelling within 30 days of the event date, and we are able to re-book your time-slot, we can refund your deposit. If we are unable to re-book your time-slot - we will not refund your deposit. If you ordered custom decor- that cost will be taken out of the deposit before refunding.
